Job Responsibilities
1)Market Analysis: Track the market trends and transaction information of black commodity futures, oil and gas; combine it with historical market reference to analyze and forecast the bulk commodity market, so as to provide customers with high-quality information resources.
2)Transaction management: Provide real-time update of quotation to each customer through telephone, network and other communication channels; dig deep into customer's operational intentions, so as to help them match the appropriate counterparts; complete the transaction after the terms of price and delivery methods being confirmed.
3)Customer management: Maintain customer relationships, explore market conditions, provide information consultation, and enhance customer stickiness; meanwhile, the operational habits of different customers ought to be analyzed and summarized, so as to provide more targeted services and to improve the effective use of resources.
4)Customer development: Acquire new customers through the introduction of core customers and the mining of the market, and then further develop potential customer resources.
5)Risk control: Improve customer's risk awareness, provide customers with reasonable investment solutions, and help customers achieve their trading purposes quickly and safely.
6)Data accumulation: Record commodity-related data, fluctuation of futures, range of transaction prices, changes of the inventory, etc., to assist in the analysis of market conditions.

1)Planning and Budgeting: Overall responsibility and coordination of the company's long-term and short-term financial planning, support for strategic planning decomposition and optimal resource allocation; responsible for the design, implementation and continuous optimization of the overall budget management system. 2)Forecasting and monitoring: Responsible for the company's quarterly forecasting work, and keep improving the accuracy of forecasting; continuously monitor the cash flow and financial (leverage) risks.
3)Report to management: Responsible for the design, preparation and continuous optimization of the report-to-management system; participate in the formulation and control of the annual planning of the regular reporting to management, report the financial and operational status to the management on a regular basis and on time; supervise strategic planning and budget implementation, timely identification of deviations, risks and issues, and rationalization recommendations for business units and management.
4)Analysis and decision making: establish a comparable analysis system, identifying the differentiated advantages of competitors through financial analysis, and propose recommendations for optimization and improvement; provide financial analysis and assessment of revenue risks for major investment decisions and business decisions at the company level or across business units.
Job Requirements
1)Bachelor's degree or above; proficiency in English; audit, accounting, finance, economics, computer and other related majors are preferred.
2)More than 6 years of relevant work experience; more than 2 years of work experience in the Big Four accounting firms;
if there is financial experience in the e-commerce industry, priority is given.
3)Have experience in financial auditing and FP&A; with good business sense and common sense.
4)Strong learning ability and strong capability of problem analyzing and solving. 
5)Good execution, high professionalism, strong sense of responsibility and goal-orientation.
6)Strong communication skills; good at team management and collaboration.
