Job Responsibilities
1)Market Analysis: Track the market trends and transaction information of black commodity futures, oil and gas;
combine it with historical market reference to analyze and forecast the bulk commodity market, so as to provide customers with high-quality information resources.
2)Transaction management: Provide real-time update of quotation to each customer through telephone, network and other communication channels; dig deep into customer's operational intentions, so as to help them match the appropriate counterparts; complete the transaction after the terms of price and delivery methods being confirmed.
3)Customer management: Maintain customer relationships, explore market conditions, provide information consultation, and enhance customer stickiness; meanwhile, the operational habits of different customers ought to be analyzed and summarized, so as to provide more targeted services and to improve the effective use of resources.
4)Customer development: Acquire new customers through the introduction of core customers and the mining of the market, and then further develop potential customer resources.
5)Risk control: Improve customer's risk awareness, provide customers with reasonable investment solutions, and help customers achieve their trading purposes quickly and safely.
6)Data accumulation: Record commodity-related data, fluctuation of futures, range of transaction prices, changes of the inventory, etc., to assist in the analysis of market conditions.
